At FrostFlow, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@shopfrostflow.co with your order number and photos of the issue.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging where applicable.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once your return has been inspected and approved.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
